    Atlas Assistance Dogs

    Growing Veterans has teamed up with fellow non-profit group Atlas Assistance Dogs to provide certified service dog training. Atlas Assistance Dogs has funding to provide scholarships to veterans to go through their training program. You bring your dog and Atlas facilitates the training of your dog for disability skills. This program is available for any veteran with a disability as recognized by the ADA.

    Growing Veterans & Atlas Assistance Dogs believe all veterans deserve access to the life changing connection a service dog can provide.     Seahawks Task Force 12

    Assembled by the Seattle Seahawks NHL Football team, Task Force 12: has assembled 12 of the Puget Sound region’s finest veteran service organizations to work together to create and provide life changing support to our military community. With six major military installations within 60 miles of Lumen Field, the Seattle Seahawks are joining forces to create a "family" of support for our military service members, veterans, and their families.

    Located at Bellingham’s CBC (Community Boating Center) Veterans on the Bay exists to serve the brave men & women who have served our country, as well as their families. Opportunities include: Sailboat Racing, Learn to Sail, & Bioluminescent Paddling

    Mission: To create a community of vets and their families, sharing in the recreational and therapeutic benefits of being on the water
